Version Update and Page Timeline News AppClient version 2.2
The AppClient interface can now be viewed in Swedish. You may select your preferred language from the Settings view. Help sections have been added to the new Help view. Minor interface and usability updates, including adjustments for lower resolution displays such as 13" laptops.
Additional customization for low resultion screens will be added in upcoming releases. Account user overview pane can now be accessed from the Users view. The ability to assign roles and tasks will be announced.
Project editor updates: a new Tools pane from which you can arrange and layer elements. Stability fixes and a bug fix related to the Image gallery. You can now publish larger images and highlighted links from Post Manager.

Sneak peek: next week's updates Insertion of form elements such as name and e-mail in the Project editor. For example, you will be able to make newsletter signups. Creating projects in the Project editor with several states such as "Before like" and "After like". The Project editor will eventually replace the Express project. A completely new and improved Insights view. New tooltips and Help sections.

Facebook News: Timeline Pages
Earlier this week, Facebook announced that the Timeline will now be implemented on Facebook pages. Of course, this change will be reflected in AppClient. If you are curious on how your "new" Facebook Page will look like, click on Preview in the top of your Facebook page. Here are some changes that will affect your Facebook applications: You will no longer be able to select a Landing Tab: users will always reach your Timeline when they visit your page. This feature will be deprecated in AppClient version 1.6 (March 29 2012). Tab application sizes will be expanded from 520px to 810px. More space for your designs! The Project editor will support 810px designs as an option when creating a new project from version 1.3 (March 9 2012). You may still create 520px designs until version 1.6 (March 29). You can now hightlight up to four tab applications in the top of your Timeline. AppClient will introduce new Timeline functions such as Timeline application feeds. Detailes will be announced later. From within AppClient, you will be able to select a profile image and profile background image.
